Check out the interdisciplinary lessons from the Critical Transitions COP with a different lesson posted every week! One lesson is posted per week starting at the beginning of March through to mid-June (12-14 total lessons) rotating between posting a lesson for primary, junior, and intermediate in both French and English. These lessons will be specifically cross curricular in nature, incorporating mathematics into science, social studies and English lesson plans.
The lessons are designed to combine mathematics with other subjects such as art, science, history and many more, to promote interdisciplinary learning. Interdisciplinary learning has shown to support students learning across the various curriculum and it’s fun too!
